We are currently seeking Forklift Operators and Inbound Team Members to join the team at Reece’s Eagle Farm Distribution Centre. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading suppliers of plumbing and drainage products in a stable, Monday to Friday role. Supportive team, consistent hours, immediate start!

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient handling, movement, and storage of products within the warehouse. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are top priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate high‑reach forklifts (6–8 bays high, up to 11m)
  • Put pallets into racking, retrieve stock, and stage for dispatch
  • Pick and replenish stock using RF scanners or warehouse systems
  • Check incoming stock and ensure correct storage locations
  • Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory control
  • Unload containers of boxed items safely (3‑metre rule in place)
  • Operate LF and slip‑sheet forklifts to unload containers
  • Manually wrap pallets and move heavy plumbing products (pipes, fittings, valves, stormwater & drainage)
  • Dispatch, receipting, and general warehousing duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ forklift operating experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
  • Proven ability to safely load and unload trucks and handle manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate order picking and packing skills
  • LF forklift licence (essential)
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy items safely
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused approach to work
  • Must be willing to undergo a police check and provide a STAT declaration
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
